Prepared by Steven Ellis for Giann, Chris S, and the Nowful team · 2026-09-07 · Go-live Sep 14 · Builds on the Q4 Growth Plan and the competitive funnel teardown
The 60-Night Reset: how Nowful turns inventory into a 2.0 exit in 90 days
The plan already has the right thesis: cream is the hero, the kit is the growth lever, Meta first. This document turns it into what we ship on Sep 14, what we test in what order, and what the numbers have to be each week for Chris to hold pace. The goal is inventory out at a 2.0 blended ROAS, profit second. Three things changed after reading the ad account and the market: the kit itself, the audience question, and how many pages we build. The first four weeks are two clean tests in sequence: the audience, then the kit.
1. The frame
What the account already proved
- Cream is the hero. Every campaign above 0.7 ROAS was cream. Cards did 0.05, mushrooms 0.14, the kit campaign did zero purchases on 249.
- The buyer who converted is a Spanish-speaking US woman. Spanish cream ads ran at CPM 28 and CTR 6 to 8%. English cream ran at CPM 61 and CTR 3 to 4%. Same product, same country.
- One creator carried it. Any Gonzalez's 2-minute video with her 10% code did 201 of 500 lifetime purchases. Her 22-second cut-down out-performed the original on ROAS.
- Angélica is the closer. "Video-Amiga Angélica" ran at 1.34 ROAS on retargeting, CPA 22.70, the best in the account. It was given 395 dollars total.
- Money broke it, not creative. January spend doubled to 13.9K and ROAS halved to 0.32 on the same ads.
What the market says
- The "mind won't switch off" woman 30 to 50 is unclaimed by any cream. Gummy brands run the hook. NaturalSlim runs it in Spanish, to an older "usted" audience, for a pill.
- Nobody sells a mixed-modality ritual kit. Market bundles are same-category, 20 to 30% off one-time, 30%+ on subscription.
- Affirmation cards have no Spanish advertiser at all and about 370 active ads in English. The tap demo is the only differentiator. It is not a paid line on its own.
- Pages are the untested variable. Ryze runs 14,000 ads into 2 pages. The brands with page programs version them in the URL (8 Sheep, Arrae, Cymbiotika). Ryze already translated its winner to /es/fb.
- Q4 gifting is unclaimed by every kit brand in the set.
2. The offer: The 60-Night Reset, 6 units a box, 69
| Kit | Contents | Price | Units / order | Value shown | Off | CPA at 2.0 | Cash / order at 2.0, inventory sunk | Fully loaded incl. COGS | Units at 205K revenue |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Recommended hero | 2 cream, cards+app, 2 MindThrive, oil + audio bonus | 69 | 6 | 167 | 59% | 34.50 | +20.98 | -14.40 | 17,800 |
| Same kit, higher price | same | 79 | 6 | 167 | 53% | 39.50 | +25.18 | -10.20 | 15,600 |
| Sleep-only kit | 2 cream, cards+app, oil + audio | 79 | 4 | 139 | 43% | 39.50 | +25.18 | +0.14 | 10,400 |
| Plan's 30-day Rituals Kit | cream, cards+app, MindThrive | 69 | 3 | 82 | 16% | 34.50 | +20.98 | +1.56 | 8,900 |
| Cream alone (control) | 1 cream | 29.99 | 1 | 30 | 0 | 14.99 | +4.60 | -0.80 | 6,800 |
| Gift pair (Q4 only) | 2 × Complete kit | 119 | 12 | 305 | 61% | 59.50 | +41.98 | -28.78 | 20,700 |
Why the 6-unit kit at 69 wins on this goal
At 205K of revenue, the Complete kit moves 17,800 units. The plan's 30-day kit moves 8,900. Cream alone moves 6,800. Same ad spend, same 2.0, twice the inventory gone. And every order still puts about 21 of cash in the bank after the ad and the box, because the goods were paid for months ago.
The 59% off is honest: 138 of retail is physically in the box plus a 29-dollar audio series. That is deeper than Ryze's 50% and inside Everyday Dose's 70%, on a kit that mixes three modalities instead of three bags of coffee. It is the incredible offer, and the inventory goal is what makes it affordable.
What the client has to see and sign
Fully loaded, counting COGS at book value, this kit loses 14.40 per order at 2.0. If the client is measuring the quarter on inventory turned and cash recovered, that is the right trade. If anyone will later measure it on gross margin, we hear that now, not in December. The one-line version for the client: "At 2.0 we turn about 18,000 units into roughly 205K of cash over 90 days and net about 21 per box after ads and fulfilment. Written-down inventory is the cost."
Two questions decide the kit's exact contents: which SKUs are overstocked, and by how many units? If cards are the pile, the kit carries cards. If cream is short, the kit carries one cream and the refill lane carries the second. We weight the box to the warehouse.
Two kits, one test. Both auto-ship.

- The Sixty-Night Keep-Everything Guarantee (Thirty-Night on the 30): finish the jar, email us, full refund, keep the rest. No return.
- 60 days of affirmation deliveries in the app, the Wind-Down card in the box.
- Creator code stacks in the ES lane, first 30 days.
Roles from day one
- Cold traffic sees the 60 only until the offer test opens (below). Exit intent on the page and the cart shows the 30; a second exit on the 30 shows the single cream at 29.99.
- The 30 is the exit-intent downsell on the kit page and the cart from day one, in every lane, and the retargeting offer. "Not ready for sixty nights? Start with thirty." That gives us its take-rate by lane for free before it ever sees cold spend, and it reads price sensitivity per audience ahead of the offer test.
- Gift pair (2 × 60) at 119 from Nov 10, 12 units a box.
The 90-day model says
Same first-order CPA: the 60 wins on revenue (270K vs 229K), ROAS (1.80 vs 1.52) and units (23.8K vs 17.5K). The 30 only wins if 49 buys a customer about 20% cheaper and first-refill retention holds at 55%; then it edges revenue and ROAS and hands us 900 more customers, worth more after day 90 than inside it. Nobody can model that ratio. We measure it.
The client has veto on price; this is the recommendation and the math behind it.
What the market's best starter offers actually look like
Every brand that scales in these categories runs the same five-part machine: a big percent off an anchored "regular" price, a pile of free gifts with stated values, a long guarantee, free shipping, and a dated deadline. Nobody runs all five on a kit that mixes modalities. Here is the field, from the pages we pulled.
| Brand · offer | Price frame | Free gifts | Guarantee | Shipping | Deadline / scarcity | The trick worth stealing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Everyday Dose Starter Kit | "167 value for just 49", buy 1 get 9 free, up to 70% off | Frother, 9 sample packs, "more while supplies last" | 45 days | Free | "Order in the next [timer] and it ships today" | The value line is the headline. Free stuff is the ad. |
| Ryze Ritual Set | 57.60 vs 115, 50% off, 70 servings | Tumbler, acacia jar, magnet, "gifts worth 40" | 30 days | Free | Countdown, "sale ends in" | Named the bundle after the habit, not the product. |
| MUD\WTR Starter Kit | 34 vs 60, itemised value stack on the PDP | Full-size creamer "25 value", shipping shown as "5 value" | 30 days | Free, itemised | Sitewide sale banner | Lists the stack line by line with FREE next to each gift. |
| Auri Focus Gummies | 42% off auto-applied, 31.99 vs 55 | 3 months of Endel app, mystery gifts, guide (subscribe only) | 60 days, first order | Free on subscribe, 6.95 one-time | Countdown + "91% sold" | Digital app bonus at zero COGS. Gates the gifts behind subscribe. |
| 8 Sheep Sleepy Lotion | 29 vs 50 struck on every tile | None | 100-Day Happiness Guarantee, email refund, no return | 5 to 7 day ship | None | The guarantee is the offer. No return required. |
| Real Mushrooms bundles | 25% off curated bundles + 20% first order | None | 100 days | Free over 75 | None | Bundles named by outcome (Rest, Focus). |
| Intelligent Change cards | Buy 3 get 20% off | Gift on 100+ | 6 months | Free over 85 | None | Longest guarantee in the set, on a card deck. |
| Ritual Support Rituals | 25 to 30% off named 2 to 3 product kits | Free Magnesium+ "50 value" on 3+ item subscriptions | Not shown | Not shown | Sale banner | The free item is the hero SKU of a sister category. |
| Cymbiotika build-a-bundle | 30% at 1 item scaling to 40% at 4, 46% with subscription | "Your free gifts" at higher tiers | Not shown | Subscriber-only | None | Discount climbs with every item added. |
| Beam Dream | Subscribe 45% vs "try once" 20% | Frother on subscribe | Not shown | Free on subscribe | Dated sale | Two-lane pricing makes the subscription the obvious choice. |
| Pique | Up to 15% subscribe | 12 samples "a 30 gift, on us" with any purchase | Not shown | Not shown | None | Samples as the gift: cheap, and they seed the next purchase. |
| NaturalSlim (Spanish) | Kits as the unit of sale, "28 días" | Free book (El Poder del Metabolismo) | Not shown | Free in USA | None | Programme framing: a kit with a number of days on it. |
| Moon Bliss (Spanish) | 2 units 10% off, 3 units 15% + free ship, no code | None | 30 days | Free at 3 units | None | Code-free ladder. Simple. |
Where we can't win, and shouldn't try
Dose's 70%. That number sits on a subscription that pays it back in month two. We can run 59% because inventory is sunk, but we do not chase 70 with nothing behind it. The refill lane at 49 is what pays the 59 back.
Gift piles of hardware. Tumblers and frothers cost them 3 to 5 dollars and photograph well. We do not have a hardware SKU, and inventing one for launch is a supply-chain risk two weeks out.
Where we beat every one of them
- The guarantee. Nothing in the sleep set goes past 60 days (Auri, first order only) except 8 Sheep's 100. A named Sixty-Night Keep-Everything Guarantee on a 60-night kit is the longest in the category that also says "you keep the cards and the oil." Refund by email, no return. It costs us the cream COGS on the small share who claim it, and it removes the only real objection to a 79 first order.
- Value that's actually in the box. Three modalities, not three bags of the same coffee. The stack reads as a system, and the digital bonuses are zero COGS and honest.
- The outcome frame. "Sixty nights," not "60 servings." NaturalSlim proves a day-count kit sells in Spanish. Nobody in English sleep runs a night-count.
- The modality. The only starter offer on this page where nothing is swallowed. "Not a pill, not melatonin" is an offer feature, not just an angle.
- Gifting. A 60-night kit in a box is a gift by construction. No kit brand in the set runs one in Q4.
The Grand Slam version, scored
Value equation check
Dream outcome: asleep without the racing mind, awake clear, and "I'm the woman who has a ritual." Likelihood: 4.9 stars, Angélica's story, ingredient RTBs, a guarantee that outlasts the kit. Time delay: topical, so "tonight." Effort: 60 seconds, feet and temples, nothing swallowed. All four levers move, and the price is under the psychological 70.
Score
The plan's kit as written (69, 16% off, no bonuses, no named guarantee, no deadline): 4 of 10.
The 60-Night Reset at 69, 6 units, 167 value, keep-everything guarantee: 9 of 10. The last point is a real price step the client will honour and one sub-2-dollar physical bonus that photographs (an eye mask, a foot stone), if the client already stocks one.
The presell caveat
Every winner in the account sold a presell, not a buy-now. She paid and waited, so the demand signal is stronger than the ROAS suggests, and buy-now should convert better through checkout (1,705 initiate-checkouts for 500 purchases). But Meta counts the order, not the refund. Shopify has to tell us how many presell orders cancelled before we quote the 500.
3. The audience test: Spanish vs English, decided by CPA in 14 days
The Q4 plan assumes an English buyer. The account's only proven buyer is a Spanish-speaking US woman. We do not guess. We run three lanes with the same offer (the 60 at 69), the same creative concepts, and let cost per kit decide.
| Lane | Who | Language | Page | Prior evidence | Day 1 to 14 budget |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ES | US Hispanic women 28 to 55, Spanish-dominant | Spanish, tú form, Angélica's voice | Kit page built from the existing Spanish cream page (the one that converted) | ROAS 0.70 to 1.13, CPM 28, CTR 6 to 8%, CPA 30 to 42 on a 30-dollar product | 600 per day |
| Latina-EN | Bilingual Latinas, English-dominant | English copy, Latina identity, same creators | English kit page, identity hero | "AI UGC + PAS + Latina" English ads did 0.58 to 0.81, the best English ads in the account | 500 per day |
| General-EN | US women 30 to 50, "mind won't switch off" | English | English kit page, racing-mind hero | English cream at CPM 61, ROAS 0.44. Unclaimed angle in market. | 567 per day |
The read
- Day 7: kill any ad set with CPM above 60 or CTR under 2%. Not the lane, the ad set.
- Day 14: rank lanes by cost per kit. Winner takes 60% of daily spend, second 30%, third 10%. No lane goes to zero; the third lane keeps testing creative at 10%.
- Day 28: re-rank. A lane that has not produced a sub-45 CPA on any ad set by day 28 drops to 5% maintenance.
- Every 14 days after: same re-rank. The market decides, not the plan.
What I expect, and what would change my mind
Expect ES to win on CPA and Latina-EN to win on headroom. The general-EN lane is the one the competitive set is fighting over, and CPMs will climb through November. If general-EN beats ES on CPA, the account's history was a creative artefact (one creator, one language) and the whole plan tilts English. That is a good outcome too. It is why this is a test and not a bet.
Spanish is not a translation job. NaturalSlim owns Spanish wellness with "usted", emoji bullets, and kits. Nowful's winning voice was "tú", warm, identity-led: "El descanso que dejaste pendiente." We keep that gap open on purpose.
The Spanish buyer, sourced
Numbers with a URL behind them
- US Hispanic buying power 2026: 2.8T to 3.4T depending on source, about 15% of US consumer spending. source
- Hispanic consumers are 25% more likely than non-Hispanic whites to buy natural wellness products. source
- About 74% of Hispanic adults are bilingual; 71% speak Spanish at home. Nielsen
- Among bilinguals, the same brand's Spanish ad scored 62% likeability vs 41% in English, and 35% vs 27% on recall. Nielsen
- 80% of Hispanic consumers report non-essential goods feel unaffordable right now. Offer design matters more than usual. source
- No public Spanish-vs-English Meta CPM comparison exists. Our own account is the only benchmark: 28 vs 61. The lane test produces the real number.
What the Spanish competitor set teaches
- Every DTC wellness brand in Spanish uses tú. Ryze ES, Moon Bliss, NuubyMoon, YouFirst. Only NaturalSlim uses usted, and it reads clinical and older. Nowful's converting copy was already tú. Keep it.
- Neutral-to-Mexican Spanish, no Spain forms. The words that read native: ritual, autocuidado, bienestar, descanso reparador, calma, plena, "acto de amor propio", "tu mejor versión".
- Offers are simple and code-free: Moon Bliss runs a buy-more-save-more ladder, Nopalera 30% off sitewide, Ryze a countdown plus gift-with-purchase plus 30-day guarantee. Nobody runs a Latino cultural-calendar hook. Día de las Madres is May, so for Q4 the open hook is gifting itself.
- The literal product twins (Manelix, 8 Sheep's Sleepy Lotion) sell in Spanish only as Amazon and Walmart listings. No brand owns "crema de magnesio para dormir" as a funnel. Nowful's own Spanish page is already the best one in the market.
- Ryze translated its winner (shop.ryzesuperfoods.com/es/fb, 20 ads since March) rather than building for Latinas. That is the ceiling of what the big brands are doing in Spanish, and it is not high.
4. Angles: five holes to dig, then go deep in the one that hits
Iteration engine: 15 ads across 5 angles at launch, read at 14 days, then 15 more inside the winning angle. Every angle sells the same kit. Angle lives in the hook, the creator's story, and the page hero, never in a different offer.
| # | Angle | The line | Why it should work | Formats at launch |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Mind won't switch off | "Se acuesta pero la mente sigue a mil." / "Body's in bed. Brain's still at work." | The unclaimed cream angle. Gummies and NaturalSlim prove the hook; nobody attaches it to a topical ritual. | Creator UGC, founder-as-friend, static with the 3AM clock |
| 2 | The rest you never gave yourself | "El descanso que dejaste pendiente." / "Latina Power." | The account's own winner. Identity and permission, not symptoms. Best cold ROAS in the history (0.98). | Angélica direct-to-camera, creator duet, carousel |
| 3 | The 60-second ritual | "Feet, temples, one breath." / "El ritual de los pies." | Mechanism sells belief. The page already has the foot-massage tip; nobody in the market shows the ritual as the product. | Demo video, before-bed POV, step carousel |
| 4 | Nothing left for you (caregiver load) | "Entre los niños, la casa y el trabajo, tu cuerpo nunca descansa." | The line a competitor is already running to Amazon in Spanish. Mama Bear's structure for a wellness audience, minus the disease claims. | Story ad, day-in-the-life, testimonial quote |
| 5 | Not a pill, not melatonin | "Wake up clear, not groggy." / "Sin pastillas. Sin resaca de melatonina." | Us-vs-them. Every sleep competitor is a gummy or a capsule. The cream is the only one you can not overdo. | Us-vs-them static, comparison video, myth-bust |
| Q4 | The gift she'll actually use (from Nov 10) | "Regálale sesenta noches." / "Sixty nights of sleep, wrapped." | No kit brand in the set runs gifting. The 60-day kit is a gift by construction. | Gift-box unboxing, gift guide static, "for the mom who…" creator |
5. Funnel and pages: the page is a variable, not an asset
The destination audit showed most competitors send paid traffic to a PDP. The ones that scale version their pages. We build four page types per lane, twelve pages, and version them in the URL so Chris can read them like ads. Latina-EN pages are English with Spanish identity cues, not a third language. Approvals live in the hub under Landing pages.
A · Kit page (control)
The 60-Day Sleep Ritual Starter Kit page. Hero by angle (swap the H1 and the first image, keep the body). Structure lifted from what already converts on the Spanish cream page: promise, real stories, three benefits, the science of calm, the ritual, the offer with subscribe-and-save, the guarantee.
URLs: /kit60-v1, /kit60-mind-v1, /kit30-v1, /es/kit60-v1 … The 30-night page is the same template with the hero and the stack swapped, so the offer test is a page variable like any other.
B · Advertorial (Angélica's byline)
"Why I put magnesium on my feet instead of in my mouth." First person, dated, editorial. The 8 Sheep and Mama Bear structure with an honest author. Ends in the kit offer inline, no click to a PDP.
URLs: /story/feet-v1, /es/historia/pies-v1
C · Reasons listicle
"6 reasons you're still awake at 3AM (and the one nobody mentions)." Cymbiotika's format, one per pain point. Reason 6 is the ritual. Kit offer at the end.
URLs: /reasons/3am-v1, /es/razones/3am-v1
D · Ranked listicle
"Top 5 magnesium creams for sleep, ranked." A reviewer byline, stated criteria (ingredients, absorption, scent, the ritual, the guarantee), competitors named factually from their own pages, Nowful first with the reasons shown. The format the affiliate sites run at us; we run it ourselves. "Las 5 mejores cremas de magnesio para dormir" in ES.
URLs: /ranked/creams-v1, /es/ranking/cremas-v1
The spine
- Ad (angle × creator) → page type matched to the ad's promise. Same headline on the ad and the page hero. Continuity is the conversion.
- Page → cart with the MindThrive order bump and subscribe-and-save default OFF (one-time selected, subscription shown as the saving).
- Post-purchase: app activation email in the box's language, day-3 "how was night three" SMS, day-45 refill offer.
- Retargeting pool: video viewers 25%+, page viewers, ATC. Angélica's video, the ingredient carousel, and the static. The only ads that ever ran above 1.0.
What has to be true on the store
- One canonical domain for paid. The winner page lives on both nowfuljourney.com and nowful.com today. Pick one, 301 the other, or the pixel splits.
- Kit SKU built in Shopify with the bump and the tier, before Sep 14.
- Pixel 632257086585296 plus CAPI verified on purchase with value. It fired yesterday; we audit deduplication day one.
- Sleep cream PDP gets the reviews block and the "not melatonin" RTB. It stays the control for cream-only ads.
6. The creative engine
Week 1 batch: 15 ads, 5 angles, 3 formats each
- Re-sign Any Gonzalez first. Her video did 53% of lifetime purchases. Whitelist her handle, new kit script in her voice, and cut-downs at 15, 22, and 30 seconds from the original.
- Angélica, 5 videos. One per angle, 30 to 40 seconds, direct to camera, tú form, filmed on a phone. Her 1.34 ROAS closer gets the budget it never got.
- Static and carousel. Ingredient carousel (Magnesio, Valeriana, Lavanda, Pasiflora), 3AM clock static, us-vs-them static. Cheapest CPM in the account was a static at 19.
- Three AI creators from the pipeline for the general-EN lane, disclosed as AI where required, testing hooks only. Winners get reshot with humans.
The pipeline, and how little of it needs Angélica
- One B-roll afternoon. Phone, one light, 40 to 60 clips of hands, feet, temples, oil, the card tap, the bedside, the morning. That library is what we cut from for the rest of the quarter, so she is not on camera every week. Shot list is in the creative queue.
- Angélica on camera: five 30-second pieces at launch, then one per fortnight. Direct to camera, tú form, one take. That is the whole ask.
- AI explainers on a dedicated fal.ai key: the ritual step by step, the science of calm, why the feet. Product B-roll composited in. Three formats each.
- Character reference sheets for three consistent AI creators (front, three-quarter, hands, bedroom set) so every explainer and testimonial keeps the same face. Disclosed where required; winners reshot with humans.
- AI B-roll, editorial grade: a consistent model applying the cream to feet and temples, skin close-ups, bedroom light, from the fal.ai pipeline. Product cutouts from the Shopify images composited in. It fills the gap between the one real B-roll day and the volume the account burns through.
- Everything else is a cut, not a shoot: Gonzalez cut-downs, the ritual demo with no face, statics, carousels, story ads over B-roll.
Cadence
- Every 14 days: 15 new ads inside the winning angle plus 5 exploratory. Fresh drops match the plan's two-week promise.
- Every winner gets 5 to 8 formats within a week: cut-downs, captions swap, static frame, carousel, testimonial quote.
- Creator program: 3 whitelisted creators by Oct 1, 8 by Nov 1, recruited from the app's own customers first (the affiliate flywheel in the plan). Whitelisted UGC is in the retainer; no creator fees to the client.
- Borrowed authority (The Fascination, Quality Edit, ATTN) only after Tier 1 is profitable, as the plan states.
7. The 90 days, week by week
Same 1,667 per day and the same phase floors as the Q4 plan. What is new is what each phase is for and what Chris reads on Friday.
| Phase | Dates | Daily spend | Purpose | Ships | Friday read | Floor |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 · Calibration | Sep 14 to Oct 13 | 1,667 | Weeks 1 and 2: decide the lane. Weeks 3 and 4: decide the kit. Find the angle throughout. Rebuild signal. | Both kit SKUs, 3 page types × 2 languages (+ a 30-night hero variant), 15 ads, retargeting pools, CAPI audit, Gonzalez re-signed | Weeks 1 and 2: cost per kit by lane and angle. Weeks 3 and 4: cost per unit moved and refill take-rate by kit. Plus CPM, CTR, page CVR by URL version | 0.3 to 0.7 blended. Cream break-even is 1.35; below it is fine here. |
| 2 · Optimization | Oct 14 to Nov 12 | 1,667 | Go deep in the winning angle and lane. Prove the kit at sub-45 CPA. | 15 ads in the winning angle, v2 pages, subscribe-and-save live, 3+ whitelisted creators, gift page built | Cost per kit, bump attach, sub attach, page v1 vs v2, first refill cohort | 0.8 to 1.4 |
| 3 · Scale | Nov 13 to Dec 12 | 1,667 avg; 2,500 on BFCM week, 1,200 the week after | Hold CPA while spend rises. Route-2 bursts on BFCM and gifting only. | Gifting angle, kit at 69 for 5 days, gift guide page, 8 creators, first borrowed-authority test if Tier 1 is profitable | Blended ROAS vs floor, spend vs pace, worst ad killed weekly, inventory burn | 1.5 to 2.0. Exit at 2.0 run-rate. |
The numbers Chris holds
- At 2.0, cost per kit ≤ 34.50 on the 60 and ≤ 24.50 on the 30. Phase 1 target ≤ 50 / 35, Phase 2 ≤ 40 / 28, Phase 3 ≤ 35 / 24.50. Units out per day and refill take-rate are the second and third numbers on the Friday rollup.
- Daily kits at 1,667 spend: Phase 1 ≈ 12 to 17, Phase 2 ≈ 27, Phase 3 ≈ 42 (about 250 units a day at the exit).
- No campaign budget rises more than 20% in a day. January proved why.
- Kill rule: any ad with 150 spend and no purchase, or CPA above 2× the phase target after 3 purchases, is off by Friday.
The scale rule
Scaling is not more budget on the winner. It is more creative behind the winning angle, then more budget. Every 20% budget step needs 5 new ads in the set that earned it. If CPA drifts 25% above target for 3 days, budget goes back to the last good level and the creative gets refreshed before it moves again.
8. Roles, and what we need from the client this week
Client inputs, in the order they unblock us
- Any Gonzalez. Is she under contract, and can we whitelist her handle? Her video is the most valuable asset the brand owns. Also the original video file; the API only returns the thumbnail.
- Kit price sign-off at 69, the inventory count by SKU so the box is weighted to the overstock, and the Shopify kit SKU built.
- Canonical domain. nowfuljourney.com or nowful.com for paid. Both serve the winning page today.
- Business Manager access. We are reading the account via API now. We need BM access for CAPI, the pixel audit, and a System User token that does not expire on Nov 6.
- Footage and photography audit. Angélica's existing videos, product shots, any customer clips. Plus the app's first-party audience export for the affiliate flywheel and the retargeting seed.
- Shopify collaborator access. Kit SKUs, product images for cutouts, exit-intent and auto-ship setup, and the presell order export.

The 2.0 math depends on CPA holding as AOV rises
The Spanish lane hit 30 to 42 CPA cold on a 30-dollar product. A 69-dollar kit converts lower per click. The bet is that 59% off, the 60-night promise, and the keep-everything guarantee recover it. If Phase 1 cost per kit sits above 55 with the winning angle, we drop to the 4-unit sleep kit at 59 and move the mushrooms through the refill and the gift pair instead.
Creative concentration
One creator, one language, one product carried the history. If Any Gonzalez is not available, week 1 leans on Angélica and two new creators, and the ES lane starts slower than the account's history suggests.
Q4 CPM inflation
The general-EN lane competes with Ryze, Arrae, and every gummy brand through November. That is why the lane test runs in September and why the kit's margin, not cheaper traffic, absorbs the auction.
Compliance
No sleep, anxiety, or disease claims in any language. "Wind-down", "calm", "rest", "descanso", "calma". Testimonials are experience only. Spanish copy gets the same FDA and FTC review as English.
